Who we are

This notice explains how Coach Axis Limited (company number 17336150, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) uses personal data in connection with this website. We are the controller of that data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data in the Coach Axis platform itself is covered by the platform's own privacy notice. Questions about this notice can be sent to contact@coachaxis.org.

What we collect

• When you email us or register interest: your name and email address, and if you give them, your phone number, organisation, location, what best describes you and your message.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of your visit, in standard server logs.
• Analytics, only if you accept: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your approximate location and your device and browser. Google provides this service on our behalf.
• Web fonts: the fonts on this site are delivered by Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser information. See Google's privacy policy for how Google uses this data.

This website uses Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies, and it does not use advertising tracking.

How we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry, and to contact you about the launch if you registered interest. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To run the website and keep it secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it, if you accept analytics cookies. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of the page.
• To comply with our legal obligations where they apply.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who act on our behalf, such as our email and website hosting providers, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the register form to our inbox, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google; with our parent company Polar Axis Group Limited, which runs the platform; and with regulators, law enforcement or professional advisers where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and register-interest details for as long as we need them, and normally for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard period. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or another organisation. To make a request, email contact@coachaxis.org. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
